Truck TPMS for Heavy-Duty Vehicles: Up to 38 Sensors and Flexible Configurations
Monitoring tire pressure across multiple wheels is an important part of managing heavy-duty vehicles. With more tires to monitor and longer vehicle bodies, a truck TPMS needs to provide reliable data and flexible configuration options.
JOURNEYSUN Truck TPMS is designed for multi-wheel vehicles, with support for up to 38 sensors and different pressure range options.|

Choose the Right Sensor for Your Vehicle
Different trucks may have different tire pressure requirements. JOURNEYSUN offers two sensor pressure ranges:
-
0–8 Bar
-
0–15 Bar
The appropriate sensor is selected according to the vehicle's actual tire pressure requirements.
Support for Up to 38 Sensors
The system can connect up to 38 sensors, making it suitable for trucks with multiple axles and wheels.
Drivers can monitor tire pressure and temperature in real time through the display.
Repeater Configuration Based on Vehicle Length
Vehicle length is an important factor when configuring the TPMS signal system.
For vehicles longer than 5 meters, an additional signal repeater is required. The system supports up to two repeaters per vehicle, depending on the vehicle's length and configuration.
This helps maintain communication between the sensors and the display across longer vehicles.
OEM Customization
Different markets and vehicle applications may require different configurations. JOURNEYSUN supports OEM customization to help customers develop TPMS solutions that meet their product and market requirements.
